OUR CLASS TYPES

  • Hot HIIT Flow is a challenging full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout that strengthens muscles while burning fat. The class incorporates burpees, mountain climbers, and strength-building movements. Matched with encouraging and upbeat playlists, that keep you motivated throughout the practice. Class is heated to an average temp of 90 degrees.

  • This class is built from the foundation of Hot HIIT Flow classes, with the added challenge of resistance bands and hand weights. High-intensity interval training, done in a heated studio. Our LOW-IMPACT design allows you to do every move safely and with the intent of optimal fat-burning and muscle-strengthening results. Class is heated to an average of 90 degrees. Be ready to push yourself, sweat, smile, and be inspired.

  • A perfect balance of heat and humidity to help detoxify and passively warm muscles to turn your practice up a notch. This class is created to challenge and strengthen you in all aspects of yoga. Using dynamic sequences, Power provides you with space and confidence to play in your practice. Class is heated to an average of 90 degrees. Expect awesome beats, inspiring teachers, and lots of sweat!

  • A creatively blended class that will keep you moving, breathing, and sweating. This class is a mix of our traditional Hot HIIT Flow + Power Yoga classes. This class is an excellent alternative when wanting to move a bit slower, than your typical HHF class, but want a little more strength added to your yoga flow. Class is heated to an average of 90 degrees.

    Currently offered at the San Francisco studio only.

  • While other practices focus on muscle strength, Yin Flow targets the deeper connective tissues. Soothing music and essential oils are used to create a healing atmosphere. This slow, intentional flow, also combines breathwork and meditation for a profound experience. Longer-held asanas with the support of props will allow you to soften into the stillness. Class is NOT HEATED.
