Sound becomes powerful when it is played with intention, awareness, and presence.

The Karma Sound Healing Training is a foundational immersion designed to provide a clear and practical introduction to sound healing and its effects on the body and mind.

This training focuses on building a strong baseline understanding of how sound and vibration influence the nervous system, attention, and relaxation response, while teaching participants how to intentionally and skillfully work with sound bowls and complementary instruments.

Rather than positioning sound healing as performative or overly abstract, this training emphasizes technique, pacing, listening, and responsible space holding. Participants will learn how to create a cohesive and grounded sound experience, moving beyond simply playing instruments toward guiding intentional sound journeys with confidence and care.

Students will leave with hands on experience, foundational knowledge, and practical tools to begin facilitating sound experiences in studio, small group, or personal settings.deas, Real Impact.
